Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Email: [Email address for privacy enquiries]

Representative in the European Union pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR: [Name and address of the EU representative, if appointed]

2. Principles

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and to handle your application for access to an Ark. This website is aimed at persons in the European Union and Switzerland. We therefore follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), even though the operator is established outside the EU.

3. Accessing the website, hosting and server logs

This website is delivered via the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access it, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type, operating system and referring page. This data serves delivery, security and the prevention of attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Cloudflare also processes data in the USA; this is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses and Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Embedded media

Images and videos on this website are loaded from a media server of our CRM provider (LeadConnector, domain assets.cdn.filesafe.space). Your IP address is transmitted to this server, as delivery is not possible without it. Fonts are served locally from this website; no connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website currently does not use cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising tools. Language selection is handled via separate pages and is not stored. Should we use analytics or marketing services in the future, we will obtain your consent in advance via a consent dialog and update this policy.

6. Application for access (questionnaire)

When you complete and submit the questionnaire, we process the data you provide: desired Ark, budget range, household type, time frame, your strengths, name, email address, telephone number, your Telegram contact if provided, your message, the selected language and the page from which the application was submitted.

Purpose: review of your application, contact by an initial reviewer, a confidential first conversation and, if there is a fit, forwarding to the project company of the respective Ark.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the questionnaire. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Recipients: The data is stored in our CRM system. The provider is LeadConnector LLC (HighLevel), 400 North Saint Paul St., Suite 920, Dallas, TX 75201, USA, in the white-label version FinSuites. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; the transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. If there is a fit, we forward your application data to the project company of the desired Ark so that it can present the project to you. Any contract is concluded with that project company.

Retention: We store application data for the duration of the application and review process and for up to 24 months thereafter in order to handle follow-up questions and later availability, unless you request deletion earlier. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

7. Contact via email, telephone, Telegram or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, telephone or messenger, or provide a messenger contact in the questionnaire, we process the data transmitted in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). For messengers such as Telegram or WhatsApp, the privacy terms of the respective provider also apply, over which we have no control. If you wish to be contacted exclusively via Telegram, we respect that.

8. Confidentiality

Every application is treated confidentially. We do not publish the names of citizens, staff or applicants and only pass on your data to the parties named in this policy.

9. Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

To exercise your rights, an informal message to the email address above is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority of your habitual residence.

10. Data security

All data on this website is transmitted encrypted via TLS. The form is transmitted directly to our CRM system; no intermediate storage takes place on the web server.

11. Changes

We will update this privacy policy if processing changes, for example through new services. The version published on this page applies.
